Lower Columbia Occupational Health is full service occupational health service that provides services for employees and employers. Elaine Cox has over 25 years experience in occupational health. She is the owner/operator of our company. She provides the training for employees, and is a certified case manager in WA state. She is a certified first aid and CPR instructor. She holds multiple certificates including, CAOHC and NIOSH.
Craig Thompson, MD is the medical director and has over 10 years experience in occupational medicine after 10 years in Family Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine and is a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He is a certified Senior Aviation Medical Examiner (AME), and a Medical Review Officer (MRO).
Diane Nelson, ARNP has been a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 1999. She has 10 years experience as an Emergency Department provider. She has been with Lower Columbia Occupational Health since 2007. She is CAOCH certified.
Linda Peckham has nearly 12 years experience wtih Occupational Health. She has been with LCOH since its inception. She answers phone calls, schedules patients and works in billing as well as referrals. She is a Certified Medical Assistant certified in Drug Testing Collection, Hearing Conservation and spirometry.
Sandi Thompson has been with LCOH since 2009. She is a Medical Assistant certified in Drug Testing Collection, Hearing Conservation and Spirometry. She also manages referrals.
Kim Pearson, RN has been with LCHO since 2009. She is licenesed in both Oregon and Washington. She is our full time Occupational Health Nurse at Georgia Pacific Wauna. She is certified in Drug Testing Collection, Hearing Conservation and Spirometry. She brings with her a wealth of experience in nursing.
Trina Hamilton has been with LCOH since 2009. She is an occupational medical technician. She is also certified in Drug Testing Collection. She is also CAOHC certified. She works in our reception area and assists with patient scheduling and billing.
Donna Morrison, LPN has been in nursing for almost 40 years. She is licensed in both Oregon and Washington and brings her unique experience in both the clinic setting as well as emergency nursing.
Mark Mosier is a licensed paramedic in both Washington and Oregon. He is also a certified first aid and CPR instructor. He has been working with LCOH since 2009.
